    • Create personalised meal plans according to short and long-term goals for optimal weight, training and competing and most importantly to safeguard long term health
    • Gastro-intestinal issues both in and out of training situations
    • Counsels athletes in hydration, cramping and nutrition protocols
    • Disordered Eating
    • Works with athletes in recovery to provide optimal nutrition for healing
    • Evaluates and monitors supplementation use
    • Additional services also include: supermarket tours for individuals or groups, fridge and pantry makeovers, healthy family meal plans, food eliminations or intolerance plans.

    1.Fully comprehensive dietary review of 3day food record, full dietary assessment and report (approx. 18 pages in length) with fully individualized meal plan and recommendations in line with personal training needs, weight goals and overall long term health.
    1. A less comprehensive diet review (dot points only-not report) outlining feedback on quality and quantity of current diet and how best to optimize diet for personal training and exercise needs and long term health outcomes. This also comes with a personalized eating plan suited to your goals.
    3.Fully individualized taper/event prep, race or game day nutrition and tips and recovery nutrition plan for competition.
